For some reason, every time I see a “Home sounds…” post, I think of Woodpigeon’s song “Home As A Romanticized Concept Where Everyone Loves You Always And Forever”.

Woodpigeon! Great song. Home does seem romanticized and I wonder if this is because we are becoming a more mobile culture where we often leave the place we grew up in and where our parents may still live. As time passes, we can look back on a place that represents a time in our life (childhood) when things felt simpler or better. But I think ultimately home is where we make it and we can have simple, awesome places in our adult lives too!
